Over the past decades we have trained more than 90 toolmakers and precision mechanics, passing on quality workmanship and experience to our own skilled workforce. The focus of our mold making is the production of injection molds.
We manufacture custom precision molds for single and multi cavity tooling.
Based on your specifications, such as part drawings, CAD files (2D or 3D), sample parts, or sketches, we design and build the molds for you. The first samples are produced in our plastics processing department, and once approved, your components are manufactured in small or large series.
We are also happy to support you with early 3D printed prototypes or with injection studies to test feasibility in the injection molding process, as well as with design support.
