Plastics Processing

The clamping force of our 19 ARBURG injection molding machines ranges between 30 and 200 tons. We produce everything from micro injection molding (less than 1g) up to a molding weight of 350g.
Production in line with the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, together with final inspections according to AQL, guarantees consistently high quality plastic parts.

Components

The components are produced using electronically controlled injection molding machines:

all semi crystalline thermoplastics such as: PE, PP, PA, PEEK, PPS, PPA
amorphous thermoplastics such as: PMMA, PC
thermoplastic elastomers (rubber) such as: TPE, EPDM
Silicone
Degradable plastics such as: semi crystalline thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers
